We use only the finest Arabica beans from more than a dozen different countries from around the world. We create "Custom Blends" based on Dark, Medium, or Light roast. That way, if you fall in love with them, this is the only place to find them.
-A couple of things to add, the darker the roast, the LESS the caffeine. Also, depending where different green beans come from around the world, some beans are harder and some beans are softer, so for a proper dark roast we use "Hard Beans", that way the beans stand up to the darker roast without burning, because, if you burn coffee it will taste Bitter and Acidic. Too many places roast the wrong coffee dark and everyone thinks dark coffee is bitter and acidic.
